1. Product Introduction

Embryo chromosomal abnormalities are one of the main causes of failure to grow IVF, spontaneous abortion in early pregnancy and birth defects. High-throughput sequencing technology is adopted in Annoroad-NGS preimplantation genetic screening. It combines with bioinformatics analysis to accurately screen 23 pairs of chromosome aneuploidy abnormalities and chromosome fragments microdeletion /microduplication greater than 10M. The main purpose of this test applied to preimplantation genetic analysis is to assist in the clinical selection of embryos with normal karyotypes for transplantation, in order to improve clinical pregnancy rate, reduce abortion rate and reduce the risk of mother and child.
